so i finaly got the chance to get some drawing done and decided i'd go for practicing some poses hopefully i can get some more drawings done soon

Sorry I haven't been critiquing lately. But now I'm back so let's get started.
It's a really good idea to be practicing poses like you're doing right now. It will give you a better idea for the future when you NEED to draw these different poses.
One of the most famous curses for the manga artists is that they can draw the bust (head and shoulders) well but lack any perception for body structure. That seems to apply here and I know it to be true from the way the lines are drawn in the body vs. the head. It's not just the poses and the face. The face needs a good support and the pose doesn't come from the head. So I would recommend studying anatomy. You don't have to do textbook studies but even if it's just studying your own body and it's range of motions, the different muscles, and the proportions. Every little bit counts.
Coming from experience I know how hard it is to kick that curse, but with dedication it can happen! And when it does then you will be one step closer to being able to create your own series.
